Ted created Jazz Age Chronicles back in 1985, and next year marks the 20th anniversary of the unpublished first draft of the first issue! The comic book series ran in 1990 and 1991, and Ted brought the series back as the webcomic Jazz Age in 2002. He's the artist on the world-famous long-running comic strip Annie (formerly Little Orphan Annie).

Ted's a teacher of illustration at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. His freelance illustration business is called Storyteller's Workshop.
