Red Centre and The Man Who Can: Both are members of Oz Magellan, the Australian branch of Force Magellan. We saw them here and here. (BTW "The Red Centre" is a name given to the vast expanse of desert that exists in the middle of our continent - a fairly bleak and inhospitable place!
Dr Phillos: flew into Magellan Island with the help of Epoch - see pages 4.36 - 4.37. He's also been mentioned as a physician for Go!Anna, Brelvis, Wombat-Man and broken ninjas.
The Hierophant: a mystic and member of Force Magellan - he can be seen in page 4.37 welcoming Dr. Phillos and his patient Zelda to the Infirmary. The Hierophant's only notable appearance to date has been in the Magellan History DVD.
Lord Psiot VIII: a mystic and a faculty head - his only appearance so far has been a cameo at the Faculty Heads meeting. He really should be saying "Lord Psiot the Eighth" since no one actually talks in Roman numerals - I should probably fix that, eh?
Master Drake and the Vrax Japh: for a recap I'd suggest reading all of Chapter 3 but if you're short of time try this scene.
